The second Public Voice Report to the Health and Wellbeing Board is available now, thank you to all the local people who contributed.
Earlier in the year Healthwatch Wakefield presented its first Public Voice Report to the Health and Wellbeing Board. The report was very well received and came after a year of gathering your views about our local health and care services.
Over the course of the year engagement officers from local organisations have collected and shared information from their engagement and activities. This information includes complaints, compliments, comments and feedback from the public through various mechanisms.
The questions here were used to help structure the report.
In relation to their health and wellbeing:
1.What are people saying they are unhappy about?
2.What is making their lives better?
3.What do they say would make them happier if it were available or done differently?
The first report was published in January 2016 and the second, which can be found here, was completed in August and taken to the Health and Wellbeing Board in September.
