Patients on long-term medication can order repeat prescriptions in the following ways:

• Online - using the Airmid App, NHS App or SystmOnline. Ordering online is much more convenient. You can download the Airmid App by clicking the picture below. 

Alternatively:

• In person - drop your repeat slip off at reception with the required items clearly marked.
• By telephone - call between 10:00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday. Call 01977 611023
• Electronic Prescriptions at your Chemist, ask for details.
• Pharmacies and other suppliers of medicines are NOT allowed to order on your behalf.

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.

This practice is set up for the electronic prescription service.

This means that for most patients we can send your prescription to your chosen pharmacy directly, saving you having to come down to the surgery.

You can nominate your preferred pharmacy using Online Services like the NHS App or alternatively let Reception know which pharmacy you would like your electronic prescriptions being sent to. 

Patients on repeat medication will be reviewed by a doctor, nurse practitioner, practice nurse or pharmacist at least once a year. If you are due a medication review, please speak to Reception.
